I never had a tattoo done before, so it can not quite true, but I saw a lot of "Miami Ink", I know, a few tattoos!
Of course, its going to hurt. You're getting a tattoo done. But it is a small tattoo with not much detail about this, so the tattoo is over fairly quickly, so it should not hurt much.
Again, there is a small tattoo, not the cost is likely much more.

There will be pain, but it is overcome in the scapula bone, so it will not be painless - you. The ribs are much worse than the foot and hand.
It is very small, each tattoo has different price, but I think perhaps 45 kg or less. ($ 73 USD)
